DDL Partnership with Syngrafii Announced
Syngrafii and Document Direction partner for Canada-wide campaign to promote Syngrafii eSignature and Video Signing Room™ solutions
TORONTO — January 26, 2022 — Syngrafii Inc., the eSignature company that provides the ability to execute original biometric ink signatures onto electronic or remote physical documents, announced today that it has joined forces with Channel Partner and customer Document Direction Limited (DDL), one of Canada’s leading software and hardware advisory and IT services provider, to market Syngrafii’s technology including iinked Sign™ (eSignature) and Video Signing Room™ solutions.
As part of the agreement DDL — notably also the largest Ricoh dealer in Canada — will support Syngrafii in selling Syngrafii’s technology to its client base across Canada. The agreement also includes provision for future integration of Syngrafii technology into DDL’s software solutions.
“We have chosen to work with Syngrafii because of the higher level of non-repudiation and enhanced compliance iinked Sign™ offers over other competing eSignature platforms. When using iinked Sign™ with the built in Video Signing Room™ (VSR™), DDL and our customers engage with clients as if we were signing agreements in person. “Another key attribute of Syngrafii is the consumption-based pricing model of Pay-As-You-Sign™. This allows our clients to have multiple accounts, but with low overhead charges as the pricing structure would allow our clients to pay as-needed instead of being tied to monthly or annual subscriptions that sometimes goes underutilized,” said Vijay Chandak, Director of Sales & Operations (IT & PS).
